|
Reservation may be made up to 14 days in advance through the director of golf or hotel and tournament sales
coordinator, secured with credit card or hotel voucher number. Any reduction in players or cancellation
must notify no less than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled reservations.

24-72 players
|
Reservations may be made up to six months in advance through the director of golf or hotel and tournament
sales coordinator, secured with contract and 50% non-refundable deposit. The 50% balance is due 15 days prior to
event. Any reduction of players must occur no less than 15 days prior to event.

72 players or more
|
Reservation may be made up to one year in advance through the director of golf or hotel and tournament
sales coordinator, secured with contract and 50% non-refundable deposit. The 50% balance is due 15 days prior to
event. Any reduction of players must occur no less than 15 days prior to event.

Note: Groups, outings and tournament rates fall under the same policy as daily guests.
